Most Rock Solid Structure buildings are custom designed and engineered for the specific property, location, and vision.  Although the long term cost of a Rock Solid Structure is much less than traditional toothpick built (wood frame) structures or concrete block (light weight concrete) structures the initial cost can be slightly higher (Usually not more than 7%). 

Pricing depends on:

•  Size (square footage)

•  Architectural complexity

•  Site conditions (waterfront, pilings, elevation requirements)

•  Interior finish level

•  Outdoor living features (outdoor living space, rooftop decks, pools, seawalls, etc.)

As a general range, our homes typically start slightly higher than traditional wood-frame construction due to our fully reinforced concrete structural system, hurricane resistance, ballistic resilience, and energy efficiency.

 Because our homes are engineered Z-Crete structures using special fiber reinforced concrete mixed with engineered and tested add mixtures and other formulas.   Building shells and structural phases often move more efficiently than traditional framing, especially in hurricane-prone regions where wood framing may experience weather delays.

 We provide a detailed project schedule before construction begins and do our best to maintain consistent communication throughout the process.
